Caroline offers compassionate, humanistic counselling for adults who may be feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many people she works with are used to holding a lot together for others and come to counselling when they realise they need space to focus on themselves. They may be struggling with anxiety, navigating life transitions, challenges, work pressures, grief or simply a sense that something in life doesn’t feel quite right.
Her integrative approach means therapy is tailored to you and how you would like to work. Some people find it helpful to explore ideas through conversation and reflection, while others are open to using gentle creative approaches, such as drawing or painting, to express thoughts and feelings that can be difficult to put into words. No artistic ability needed - sometimes, simple creative exploration can help us access thoughts and emotions differently.
Caroline aims to provide a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what is going on for you, gain deeper self-understanding and begin to recognise patterns that may be holding you back. Through this process, many people start to feel more grounded, more confident in themselves and better able to navigate the challenges life brings.
