Code of Conduct

At Meadows Wellbeing, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care and consideration to all our patients and clients. We believe that a respectful and positive relationship between our patients and clients and that of our staff and therapists is essential, and this is a two-way process.

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, we kindly ask that all individuals adhere to the following standards:

  • Refraining from disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour, whether verbal or physical

  • Avoiding inappropriate behaviour involving alcohol or substance misuse

  • Not engaging in reckless behaviour that could harm others

  • Respecting property by avoiding damage to the practices or others’ belongings

  • Not engaging in theft of practice property or that of other patients

Please be aware that behaviour as outlined above will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the premises.

Our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time if any behaviour of a client or patient makes them feel uncomfortable or they deem it to be inappropriate.
