Your health coach acts as your personal wellness partner - offering evidence-based strategies, encouragement, and accountability as you move towards your goals.

Your Health Coaching Journey with Meadows Wellbeing - What to expect

At Meadows Wellbeing, our Health Coaching package includes three transformative sessions designed to help you understand and take control of your health and wellbeing, set meaningful goals, make sustainable lifestyle changes, feel better and live well.

Session 1: Comprehensive Health Review - Getting to Know You (1.5–2 hours)
Your first session is all about you. Sarah will take a detailed health history covering your body systems, diet, lifestyle, relationships, stress levels, family history, physical activity, and personal health goals. This helps her gain a complete picture of your health and wellbeing and the areas you’d like to focus on.

Session 2: Personalised Health Coaching Plan (1–1.5 hours)
After carefully analysing your health information, Sarah will work with you to co-create a personalised, sustainable health plan. Together, you’ll develop practical strategies tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

Session 3: Progress Review & Continued Support (1 hour)
Around three weeks later, you’ll meet again to review your progress. This session focuses on celebrating your achievements, addressing any challenges, and exploring additional guidance to keep you motivated and empowered on your holistic health journey and plan for continued success.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions
Between each session, Sarah offers a 20-minute support call to help you stay on track and maintain motivation. You’ll also receive any resources you may need, such as stress management techniques, exercise plans, recipes, nutritional guidance, and meal plans.

Cytoplan Supplements

Our Health Coach Sarah is also a Cytoplan Practitioner and can offer help with choosing supplements.

Meadows Wellbeing may receive a small commission/payment as a result of Cytoplan supplements purchased by a Meadows Wellbeing client on a Health Coaching program or in liaison with our Health Coach. 

This does not affect our decision to promote Cytoplan supplements as we support their ethos and are happy to recommend them based on their quality and standards. Also any payments we do receive will be donated back to local charities and community initiatives in Billingshurst and surrounding areas.
