- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the session. 
- Please remember to bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water with you 
- Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing 
- If you are pregnant or think you are pregnant, please let us know before booking the workshop 
- Please make us aware before the session if you have any kind of heart / blood pressure or respiratory issue
